We are pleased to inform that our shipping department were successful in arresting a container vessel at Chittagong port berthing for its alleged involvement with causing damage to a Fire Truck imported for CAAB for Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka due to negligent discharge operation.

Our shipping department comprising Mr. Mohammed Forrukh Rahman along with Ms. Tanzia Sharmee, Mr. K. Mashfique Ahmed, Mr. SM Akib Zamil and also our paralegal and Clerk Department comprising Mr. Arefur Rahman Shahin,  Ashraful Islam were involved in the case. We acted for a CAAB enlisted importer.

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Muhammad Khurshid Alam Sarkar of Admiralty court of High Court Division passed the order after hearing. Mr. Mohammed Forrukh Rahman conducted the hearing for the importer.
