Our Of Counsel members at the Firm comprises a combination of both skilled veterans of the legal arena from multiple jurisdictions, who’re well established in their respective fields of practice and are associated with the firm on a contractual basis, and also experienced former members of the Firm bringing forth their acquired specialized skills set for any allocated work in particular. Of Counsels of the Firm work in collaboration with the existing roster of lawyers at the Firm and our niche practice groups (M&A Practice Group, Construction & Engineering Practice Group) aimed to provide end-to-end services for any given project.
