Rahman’s Chambers is one of the leading law firm of Bangladesh. It operates from its main office in Banani, Dhaka with support from three other branches strategically located in Gulshan & Kakrail of Dhaka and Agrabad of Chittagong. The firm was founded by Mr. Mohammed Forrukh Rahman, Barrister-at-Law and Advocate, Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 2006 following his nearly 100 year family tradition that dates back to 1920s. Income Tax matter: Estimation of sell & rate of gross profit

Commissioner of Taxes reported in 6 CLR (HCD) (2018) 25. The Hon’ble Court observed that despite the assessee being a Bangladeshi company, the DCT estimated the sale as well as the rate of gross profit with that of a renowned multinational company registered in Bangladesh “which is not proper”.
