Mr. Shams Zaman, Country Managing Partner, PwC Bangladesh, was the special guest in the event and delivered a Speech on “M & A in Banking & Finance Sector from the economic perspective” and Mr. Muhammad A. (Rumee) Ali, Chairman, Commission on Banking, ICC Bangladesh & former Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank, presently Member of the task force formed by Bangladesh Bank for the Banking sector reform, was the guest of honour in the event and delivered Speech on ““M & A in Banking & Finance Sector from the regulatory perspective” and Mr. Mohammed Forrukh Rahman, Head of Chambers & Speech on “M & A (Court procedure)” and Mr. Ripon Chandra Bhowmik, Divisional Head & Speech on “M & A (Tax Issues)”.
