HYBRID SEMINAR ON NAVIGATING THE NEW PROCUREMENT LAWS AND THE FUTURE OF ENERGY CONTRACTING IN BANGLADESH

Rahman’s Chambers successfully conducted a hybrid seminar on “Navigating the New Procurement Laws and the Future of Energy Contracting in Bangladesh” on Tuesday, 19th May 2026. The event was attended by participants from a wide range of sectors. Attendees greatly benefited from insightful discussions on current issues related to the newly amended public procurement laws, with a particular focus on the transition to competitive bidding under PPR 2025 and the strategic viability of the Merchant Power Plant (MPP) model.
