He is the founder and CEO of Fintech Ecosystem Development Corporation, a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) that went public on October 19, 2021.

The company is listed on NASDAQ (symbol: FEXDU) and is funded by an IPO that raised $115 million from institutional investors.
